Jon Robertson from TKO Wines will feature the following selections

Emile Beyer -  Pinot Blanc (France)

The Domaine Emile Beyer represents 14 generations of winegrowing centered around the charming village of Eguisheim, the very heart of Alsace wine production. Today both modern and traditional techniques are used to produce wines of great character and finesse. Hand-harvested at small yields and fermented in ancient oak foudres, the wines of Domaine Emile Beyer are classic expressions of the unique terroirs of Alsace and complement the finest world cuisines.

Luna Pinot Grigio (California)

The 2012 Pinot Grigio is a pale straw color. Aromas of ripe pear, guava, and honeysuckle carry the nose. Hints of green apple pastries fill the mouth and the fleshy texture carries through to a refreshing and balanced finish. 94.4% Pinot Grigio, 4.6% Chardonnay, and 1% Albarino. The 2012 vintage was a perfect growing year due to idyllic weather conditions. The growing season was pleasantly warm, with no heat spikes or cold rainy days. This provided for even ripening which caused complex and balanced flavor development.

DOMAINE LES FINES GRAVES MOULIN-À-VENT (France)

The Janodets produce several excellent wines from numerous plots. However, it is the Moulin-à-Vent, the king of Beaujolais, that reigns at this estate. Deep, brooding and quite Burgundian in nature, the Domaine des Fines Graves Moulin-à-Vent is one of the most masculine and ageworthy of all Beaujolais wines.

Maimai Red Blend (New Zealand)

Lively fruit on the front palate of plums, boysenberries and a slight tobacco finish. Lovely seamless texture through the palate with fine tannins and broad round finish. The well integrated and subtle oak adds complexity and softens the mouth feel giving this mid weighted wine a juicy and pleasant finish.

Perez Cruz Cabernet Sauvignon (Chile)

This Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the typicity of Maipo Alto very well with notes of ripe red fruit, black pepper, vanilla, nuts, and a classic note of fine herbs such as tarragon and bay leaf. Big bodied and concentrated on the palate with well-rounded tannins, this is a wine that does an excellent job of transmitting our terroir while reflecting the landscape of our vineyards. Estate grown, produced, and bottled.

Asylum Zin (California)

The 2012 Asylum Zinfandel exudes vibrant colors of aubergine and dark raspberry. Dried red roses, all spice, coffee toasted walnuts and crushed cranberry resurrects your senses. Succulent blackberry, dark cranberry, dried underbrush and tobacco spill out of the glass. Firm, yet smooth integrated tannins with lush acidity are found on the lengthy finish.
