Chris Brown- Paustis & Son

Three Pears Pinot Grigio
Sourced from within the Sacramento Delta, an ideal climate for producing crisp, aromatic white wines. Long, cool fermentation in 100% stainless steel tanks, capture expressive, clean fruit flavors characteristic of vineyards in this area.

Pomelo Sauvignon Blanc
Primarily Lake County fruit with a little sourced from a small established block in Lodi California to bring balance to this gem. 100% stainless steel fermentation with an extra long, cold ferment allows for the big fruit flavors to express themselves.

Castle Rock Cuvee Pinot Noir
One of the best bang for the buck Pinot Noirs in the market. Pinot Noir is selected from several California plots to create a Pinot that is affordable, flavorful, representative of how a Pinot Noir should taste and importantly consistent. Compare to others in this price point and meet your new “go-to” Pinot.

Bogle Petite Sirah
Dubbed “America’s Favorite Petite Sirah”, it’s part opinion and part fact of course. This wine is underpriced for it’s profile and quality and that’s part of what makes it such a staple.

Castle Rock Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
This is Castle Rock’s flagship Cabernet. Rich and smooth, you’ll find many different layers of flavor with a pleasing and maybe even surprising finish. A great wine that fits a budget that you can feel good about.

Sokol Blosser Evolution White
Intense tropical fruit notes up front and a crisp, clean finish. Pairs well with fresh salads, spicy Thai dishes and grilled meats.

R Stuart Pinot Gris
A greeting of fresh ginger a few seconds later, apple blossom, just bloomed gardenia then guava. A complex, lovely note of lime leaf with a wet stone finish, leaving clean memories of the vivid fruit at the core.

A to Z Unoaked Chardonnay
Opens with opulent aromas of citrus blossoms, white peach and pear, developing complexity with secondary notes of honey, lemon verbena and quince. The palate is poised with beautiful balance and structure and a concentrated attack emphasizing ripe citrus notes, mango and wet stone.

Avalon Cabernet
Shows aromas of plum, cranberries, allspice and dried ginger with barrel notes of cedar cigar box.

Bertani Due Uve Bianco
Grapes for this blend are grown in Bertani’s southeast-facing Ciusa Vineyard, located at an altitude of 150-200 meters above sea level. The soil is of lava-basaltic origin. The two varietals are vinified separately. The two wines are then blended in January and the new wine then transferred to stainless steel containers, where it remains on its lees until early summer.

Six different white grape varietals combine to make this standout tribute to great white blends from around the world. Layer upon layer of flavor peak your curiosity for another (and another) taste.

Smith & Hook Cabernet comes primarily from the San Antonia Valley in the southern end of the Santa Lucia Mountain Range. This highland valley, though just miles from our winery and Hahn Family Estate Vineyards, provides a significantly warmer climate similar to that of the neighboring Paso Robles appellation where fruit also comes.
